It seems one of the banes of being a working girl interestingly enough is the amount of clients who continuously try and take off condoms and if the girls aren't alert about it, it can and has happened.
Then there is the client who does somehow manage to get the condom off just so they can enhance the pleasure as a lot of guys seem to think they can't enjoy sex unless it is without a condom.
This is something that has been going on for years, but what I don't think guys really understand about the whole issue is the seriousnesses of actually removing the condom whilst engaging in sex with a working girl. (which also puts them through tremendous stress if this happens due to STD implications from the clients)
I got curious and sent off an email to VICE to find out exactly what the laws are and here is the response. Question 1, was about the legality of a girl engaging in sex without a condom and question 2. was about a client trying to take off or taking off a condom during this engagement.
Might make those who do try and do this all the time, think twice now, because the working girls are also armed with this knowledge....
In relation to question 1 - Section 8 of the Prostitution Act 2000 states that it is an offence for a person to engage in an act of prostitution without using a prophylactic (condom or dams). - Penalty $5,000
In relation to question 2 - The client commits the above offence and could be committing one of several other offences including Sexual Assault.
What got me going about this was this recently happened to someone with a south african guy (where Aids is quite high), now this girl has the next 6 months of not knowing her situation due to this and is quite stressed till she finds out if she is safe or not.
