I actualy experienced something very much like this once as a member of the public travelling on a train in Perth. There were a good number of other passengers in that carriage at the time, all of them were clearly disturbed and intimidated by the individuals behaviour at the time.

At the very next station, I quietly and without warning, approached the individual and assisted them in disembarking from the train. I stood guard at the door to ensure he did not attempt to board again prior to the doors closing.

As the doors closed and I turned to return to my seat, I recieved a rousing round of applause from all of the passengers aboard.

Ok, clearly this kid is a full-on wanker, but I used to do event security as a sideline to my regular job at an industrial bakery, however,I let my ticket lapse a couple of years ago as I could see how the industry was getting taken over by Indians and Africans.

They're very cliquey and just there for the money.

Isn't everyone though? Isn't that why most people take on a job? The factory I work in employs white aussies, some of whom are security guards and the same can be said of them, they don't want to know the rest of us, white aussies or otherwise.

There's that. Plus some are surgically attached to their phones.

A Brisbane teenager whose verbal attack on a railway security guard sparked community outrage has received a suspended jail sentence.

Abdel Kader Russell-Boumzar, 17, ignored media questions as he left the Brisbane Magistrates Court.

The teenager pleaded guilty to 10 charges, including threatening racial and religious vilification against a 58-year-old man.

The court heard the teenager's friend filmed and uploaded the abusive tirade onto YouTube in October last year.

Solicitor Trent Jones said his client was high on ice at the time but had been drug-free for eight months.

The magistrate described Russell-Boumzar's behaviour as un-Australian, disgusting and cowardly, but took into account his age, time spent in jail, his employment and family support.

A teenager accused of racially abusing a security guard on a Brisbane train and spitting in his face has apologised for his actions after facing court.

Abdel-Kader Russell-Boumzar, 17, allegedly featured in a video uploaded to Facebook on Friday in which he is heard calling a security guard, of African descent, a "black dog" and a "n****r".

As community outrage mounted, the apprentice mechanic from Paddington handed himself into police on Sunday and faced Brisbane Magistrates Court charged with several offences on Monday morning.

Outside the court, Russell-Boumzar said he did not mean to post the video online and apologised for offence caused during the incident, which Magistrate Bronwyn Springer described as "disgusting".

"I would like to give an apology to the bloke on the train and to everyone that was offended by my video," Russell-Boumzar said about the October 2 incident.

Russell-Boumzar's outburst was reportedly sparked by the security guard's request that he remove his feet from the seats.

Give me some cash and I'll talk to youse (sic).
Friend and co-accused Bailey Clout also faced the Brisbane magistrates court on Monday, where he pleaded guilty to creating a disturbance and was fined $400.

Outside court he showed little remorse.

"Give me some cash and I'll talk to youse (sic)," he told reporters.

Clout, from Ipswich, also defended Russell-Boumzar, saying his friend was not usually racist.

"He's a good bloke and he made a mistake," he said.

"He's a nice fella."

Magistrate Springer warned the Russell-Boumzar that spitting in someone's face could lead to jail time, but Russell-Boumzar's defence lawyer said his client disputed that it happened.

Russell-Boumzar was released on conditional bail and was to face court again on November 3 charged with offences including assault occasioning bodily harm, creating a nuisance on a railway and threatening violence.

Bail conditions included a strict night-time curfew and parental supervision outside his workplace.

He was also ordered to have a disease test.

Prime Minister Tony Abbott and Queensland Premier Campbell Newman on Sunday condemned the incident.

Mr Abbott called the man caught on tape "un-Australian", while Mr Newman said the behaviour was "totally unacceptable".

Queensland African Communities Council spokesman Elijah Buol praised the security guard for remaining calm during the tirade.

"The justice system will take its course and we hope whatever the outcome they will learn from it and I hope they will come out as great ambassadors for harmony and peaceful co-existence in the society we live," he said.

He recorded a conviction and placed Russell-Boumzar on 12 months' probation.
