I would not change anything because I believe self improvement is a complete waste of time. We should accept who we are and be happy who we are and not listen to advice from useless nobodies who mean nothing to us. I am an introvert and I have had a lot of problems with extroverted guys trying to start things with me by insulting me, tone of voice and disrespecting me.
Most things in life we can not change and self improvement is a waste of time. If I could change one thing I would rather be an extrovert and have people gravitated towards me instead of being an introvert and everyone hating me, disrespecting me and avoiding. Being an introverted male means a lonely life and nothing you do in life will make any difference.

i think that really I’d spend the year trying to connect with my children and ensuring that they and their mother would be provided for.

A very emotional thread, i would want to spend every waking moment with someone i loved, just appreciating every day and making the most of it Eating good food and drinking French champagne , traveling to places i have dreamed of visiting. Columbia would be on the list as i heard they they have the best , Leave it up to your imagination.

Cmon Stovo, life is full of change man. I think self improvement is paramount in life. You can’t change others - fuck em anyway- just concentrate on the one person that you can. Yourself.
Google two words. Ashwagandha. Maca. Both legal. Both in time will change the way you see both yourself and life.

Knowing that I only have 1 year left to die I would try to come to terms with it after the shock, anger, denial, bargaining and finally accept it. I would be doing lots of praying & meditation to come to terms with the inevitable end. Sell/give away and donate everything to charity in the final weeks before the end.

Don't beat yourself up mate seriously.
There's more than one way to skin a cat (pardon the pun) & I think you just need to find a bit more self confidence & the rest will fall into place. Even tho I am a handsome rooster I still often punch above my weight & I know that wouldn't happen without my high level of confidence &
