I thought I would share a few of my mishaps while I was away….

Feeling refreshed after 1 week holidays…

I thought I would share a few of my mishaps while I was away….

Day 1

· Thought I would surprise my hubby with a full brazilin wax, which in my head was fine until the pain hit….. So I endure this but no one told me that it would go red and have a rash and look like I had the pox…. Not looking so sexy at this point and also red roar there was no way anything was going near it… lol

· I then saw a threading for eyebrows so I am now over my experience of waxing … The pain was nothing however the lovely young lady said to me you have hair on your top lip would you like me to remove it… Why not ….. This was a big mistake….. 46 years of fine blond hair on top lip being removed was more painful than having kids…..

Day 2

· Hubby loves the beach so off we go …. I am way to cool for sunscreen (So I thought).

2 hours in the sun I am now looking like a lobster and can’t move my body without feeling the pain….

Day 3

· Can’t move from the sunburn…..

Day 4

· Still got rash down stairs...….

· Still sunburned

Day 5

· I rash down stairs is no better . Omg what have I done to myself……

· Still sunburned it is itchy as it is about to start peeling….

Day 6

· It a night to hit the town…. How things have changed not only did they ask me for ID (Love to think I look 18) but they take photos as well…..

· A lovely Old Italian man tried to pick me up which was lovely however I don’t think he had cleaned his teeth in a thousand years…..

· Every time I went out for some air bless my hubby seem to attract mature ladies to join him… (I was hoping he could take them home to clean up and do the washing but no takers...)

Day 7

· Way to hang over


The reason I am sharing this is because don’t do new things to your body on the first day of holidays … lol…

OWWWW!! what else can I say that comes close

Though All three were self inflicted At least waxing and threading aren't life threatening
But to cool for sunscreen ? If a idiot asks for sex with no condom it is *&*&^%^$# ^%& () or worse
Wear no sunscreen It's I am only doing it cos I need the vitaman D or I look healthier with a tan
But do enjoy the peeling That's a Real sexy look Look honey I'm moulting"

That's not Ebola sir! Just a bug you caught on the flight home

Ahoy, not just flights, same thing occurs on boats. Last year I came home with a shocking flu, this year, not so bad cold.

Oh yes the lovely red rash from the waxing!! I know it well-but it usually goes away after a day. I feel your pain! Literally-the brazillian itself is extremely painful-then getting stuck with the rash after-well that's torture!!
I always thought the threading was fairly pain free. Thanks for the warning-I think I shall give that a big miss!! Thanks for sharing Miss Sue-Sorry but I did get a good chuckle out of your post! Very funny-hope you have recovered from your holiday! xxx

As a manager vivien I thought you would notice there are more sick days when on the clock/shift than when on their own time

It all comes back to the health standards etc of the countries we visit
I mean I have been to Japan Malaysia and Bali in Asia and only had unfortunate happenings in Bali
Chile, again ate at the markets all was fine. Peru not so bottom end friendly as our older female guide put it

Friend got crook in Paris not london Said paris was shocking where he went anyway as dogs were allowed to wander in from the street So never a good sign

And as for the worst place The flight home It has been shown More people get airborne bugs since smoking was banned on flights As recycling of the are is several times less frequent now A great cost saving to the airline I presume

Sounds like next time you should take 10 days off. A week for your holiday,,,then 3 days to recover from it! lol

Happy2 thanks babe but a manager I am not just a receptionist. As far as sick leave here. We are a pretty healthy bunch.
In my last post I was quoting a story I read in a magazine. I really hope it is wrong to be honest cause I am on holiday in a couple of weeks.....YAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
