I need help with a new ladies working name!!!!

I have a very special new lady joining our team in Darwin and she wanted to use Indy Rose as one name is her nick name and the rose is a her guiding angels name.
Problem is Miss Indy Fire is a special lady that works with us and well known.
I need to come up with something catchy to go in front of Rose, that is not to feminine or false sounding.

Cracklin Rose was cheap home made wine, tho for the the purpose of the song, cheap Rose from a store!!! Nothing sinister there lol
