I did an early vote too - Good to get it out of the way and avoid the queues too.I got lost in the system and even today after reregistering I had to cast a special vote . Needed to do early as I am in New Zealand next week.

Exactly why I only do postal voting.I'll be voting next week! Looking forward to my democracy Sausage and long waiting lane![]()
I thought they were both bleakfast TBH...........Which election? Is it the one before bleakfast, or is that one the democracy sausage?
Don’t we all cop a democracy sausage…..no matter who gets in?I'll be voting next week! Looking forward to my democracy Sausage and long waiting lane![]()
My main vote is for the Greens. Major parties always go last on my list.
I've been a lifelong Liberal voter but I'm switching this election. I just can't stand the hate politics, or token politics like we're seeing in the US.Its easy for me Labour first and Liberal last and evey one in between xxxx
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!!I don’t think we’ve ever had such poor candidates across the parties, both State and Federal. We need to break the duopoly.
That's a learning from the US. MAGA has promised a better life for the average American but it will never happen. It's all about the rich getting richer. And to be honest the Democrats weren't much better. Same as our main political parties. It's just snout in trough behaviour. Where is the visionary change? Where is the roadmap for a better and fairer life for all Australians? They just want the power, the pay check and the influence. As soon as the election is over there will be backpedaling and yet more mediocrity. Real change, change that makes a difference takes courage. Gough, Howard, Keating had the guts to do it.....no one in our political landscape has the guts and vision any more. Sad but true.I've been a lifelong Liberal voter but I'm switching this election. It's ok to help those that are less advantaged.
Only Lidia Thorpe has any backbone. Sad but true. That's a learning from the US. MAGA has promised a better life for the average American but it will never happen.
