I have to touch them, feel the texture etc, but then again... I'll only buy the sealed box, not the tester on the shelf.

All the toys we sell have always been taken out of the box, had batteries inserted and then turned on and off beforehand. We know the concerns and problems with bringing a sex toy back into a shop (for the customer and the staff) so it's a precaution we take, so that we hopefully don't sell a faulty product in the first place. Unfortunately, considering how many we end up sending back to the manufacturer/distributor:sad1:, it's a precaution we'll have to continue with for the foreseeable future! :happy3:
