Save a copy of a picture from the ad and
It will search the internet for similar images and report back.
If you find the image somewhere else other than the lady in the ad it is obviously a fake.

open 'google images'
right click on picture in the ad
click 'copy image location'
in google, click camera icon
"paste url" into google images
just tried random pic on locanto, and guess what, fake.
the old addage, if it looks too good to be true applies.
but there is no 100% way.

hang on, that only works in chrome, i use firefox, but not any more

Yeah, I should have mentioned that it only works with Chrome - which most android devices have as a default browser.that would be easier, but i don't get the "search google for image" option on my PC.

I google the phone number and if appears on multiple sites with dodgy info then thats a red flag for me. Just not sure if I am on the right track.

You can also long press any pic in chrome mobile and "Search Google for this image" option appears

In my experience I suggest that you go through legit sites. Read the ad thoroughly and just don't jump off the pants seeing ads.

Usually the content found on fake ads is hard to distinguish. What you can do is make sure you visit trusted adult websites, escort sites and adult classified sites.
