how to change online name

some time ago instructions were posted on how to change ur online name....even tho i followed them i couldnt change the name i had but went thru a mod who changed it so how do we change our name i try to follow instructions but ive got nowhere

hi bepp to change your username - top right , cover mouse over your current username
then click on personal details ,
then down the left side near the bottom , you will see " change username " click on that and then follow instructions .
