Life can be gruelling and stressful enough as it is...and when your working in intense close and personal situations such as Real Estate - Dentistry and Sex Workers the "burnout " factor is Very High.
You can find yourself depleted - distressed at times and in an emotional tangle.
Because you are so close to other people (constantly) giving your LOVE ENERGY AWAY... listening, loving, intently giving your LIFE ENERGY AWAY !!!
YOU CAN START TO FEEL glum ~ EXHAUSTED... even though you know you DID have enough sleep !! You can go home and SLEEP FOR 48 HOURS.... and wake up , come to work and not find the energy to hardley crack a smile. This is BEACUSE YOUR FUEL TANK is EMPTY... or at best its running low.
When I feel like this Iam snappy - My kids call me 'crocidile' and my partner 'banishes' me to my own house for a few days. No, Im not a Sex Worker - as such but just being acive and working in the sex industry takes a lot of people contact too - and you use a lot of energy being positive and speaking and dealing with other people.
Because of this it is CRUCIAL ~ ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE that you take some time regularly for yourself, to SELF NURTURE...TO GIVE YOUR SELF SOME LOVE !!!
YOU MUST HONOR AND LOVE YOURSELF... cos the life is being drained and zapped out of you by the demanding and ever-changing nature of your work. This is why your earning 200$ an hour as opposed to a factory worker earning 17$ an hour for sealing up lolly bags. Not that there's anything wrong with being a factory worker - I have done it before...I lasted two shifts. But because SO MUCH MORE OF Y-O-U IS "GIVEN" . but who / how do you re-fuell your energy tank ???? so you can keep on working ???????????????????
Your body is your temple...and you need to HONOR and nurture it as such.
So, take TIME FOR YOURSELF...ITS VERY IMPORTANT. STIMULATE YOUR SENSES....LOOK OUTWARD.
a WALK OUT IN NATURE - FEELING THE WIND ON YOUR FACE....A LAUGH WITH A FRIEND OR a funny movie by yourself...SOME sunlight...fresh air...a swim in the sea...have a massage or a facial.....read a book. Stoke up a bonfire...it all works !!
