How do brothels/AMPs/etc pay their ladies?

I drove past International 300 this evening, and it got me thinking - just how much do the ladies working these establishments get paid? This venue in particular is cheaper than most privates, who obviously keep all the money for themselves. I'd imagine that the girls get to keep all the cash they make from extras, but we also know how dodgy these places can be, so I wouldn't be surprised if the establishment took a cut...

So, what gives? Are the ladies paid an hourly rate? Are they payed per client (or, rather, per 15mins with a client)? Do they pay room rent to the establishment and keep all of what they make? Apart from the benefits of added security and having advertising/bookings taken care of for you, I can't see the benefit of working in these places, when it's cheaper than many privates BEFORE the establishment takes its cut. Especially when you could in theory be at work for 8hrs without actually seeing any clients when you're competing for customers with other staff. And yet, there must be something to it, because some quite attractive Australians tend to work these shops, which just baffles me.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Mainly interested in brothels but might as well open the conversation to AMPs as well.

A big part of why I prefer sticking with privates is because at least I know that the WL isn't getting shafted by a boss after I leave, and is only getting shafted by me while I'm there, so to speak

Great question Eric and I also wondered this same thing as i see 2 WL in Thai AMP's and I like to give both a tip at the end as they both look after me well and i took one to lunch a while back and she travels down from Sydney to the Gong (2 to 2.5 hour trip there and back) and she said she gets $40 out of the $80 for a 1 hour massage and gets to keep the extras....so i got thinking then how does the owner make a quid out of that ?...as overheads would be high.
The second lady i see and am seeing her in 2 hours time told me the same and I made sure i asked her did she get to keep the extras plus tip i gave her to which she replied yes so i too am just a little baffled to how the owners survive.

At my regular they get $12 from a half hour booking, and $25 from a 1hr, plus all the extras.

From the places I frequent the brothel/madam keeps 30% of the booking fee. So the girls get 70% and any additional money they make from extras.

I have heard of the brothel fee being as high as 40%.

It’s a convenience factor for the ladies. All they have to do is rock up and go to work.

Be Nice is spot on, if a RnT averages 12 customers a day, say 6 half hr and the other half an hour, that equates to $438 per day. So weekly earnings for the shop is just over 3k. Most shops over heads wouldn't be more than 3.5k per month. Considering some popular shops pull 20+customers a day and the owner usually works a few days, some of them really make a killing. I believe most brothels work on a 50 50 basis and the girl keeps any extras.

I have notice that international 300 putting up a few ads on Locanto lately, but with not photos of the lady and bad reputation from multiple review I am not keen to be the lab , if anyone have been there recently can give a review will be highly appreciated

I think International 300 will always be compared to Langtrees as in the famous John West commercials - International 300 get the ladies, Langtrees rejects.

I think International 300 at 260 /60 is two levels down from Langtrees at 400/60 and poor value compared to Foxeys 240 /60 . and completely out classed by Asian White House 190 /60 , Maureen's 160/60 and Annameikas 160/60

Hello JimmyJamz, while I agree that 370 isn't real flash inside it's always clean, while there's not enough showers in the place the ladies are real hot most of the time with plenty to choose from, as I've never been to anameikas or International 300 I can't comment on those places.
As I have said before if 370 had a premises like Foxy's customers would be lining up to get in.

Hello JimmyJamz, while I agree that 370 isn't real flash inside it's always clean,

Maybe my ideas of clean are a bit more strict. If going later I'm the evening almost every time there has been at least a roach or two in the hallway or room.

See the same at anameikas, and their grotty old shared shower at the back is less than ideal

Hello JimmyJamz, while seeing a roach or two at these parlors is not nice it doesn't mean that the places are dirty, every house has roachs no matter how much you clean & put baits down, also rats & mice in the ceiling & living in your garden. I know you & others won't believe me but next time you get up in the middle of the night go & switch on the light in your kitchen, quite often you will see a roach running across the floor or the kitchen counter, but that doesn't mean that you have a dirty place.

The carpet in a so old and worn in areas, it'll never be clean. The grout and tiles in the wet Ares are NOT clean and even some of the furniture is showing so much worn in grime as to not be cleanable
