I need to know your thoughts; what would you do if you have no strings sex with somebody and you find out either at the time
or later they had secretly been recording the whole time? I have found this to become normal lately, I always state from the beginning to anyone im thinking of hooking up with that honesty for me is a condition.
I dont need you to lie about anything as im open to whatever you want to do to ensure a great sex for both people.

There is a paper here published by EDOWA which covers some aspects of recording without consent. (Though it is primarily looking at recording people committing unlawful acts - such as installing security cameras.)

If I'm reading this right, a recording of an act where there is a presumption of privacy (ie engaging in sexual activity in a bedroom) is illegal and the person making the recording can receive criminal charges. They can also be fined merely for possession of the material.

If it was me, I'd seek legal advice first, then take it as far as possible to prosecute the individual(s). They will simply keep doing it. If possible, I'd attempt to contact other persons they may have recorded and then contact one of the news channels. If there are enough people willing to make on-camera complaints against the individual, then there may be a story in it.

But seek legal advice.

Was the camera in plain view? If it was then it could be argued that you knew about it and let it happened so was ok with it.
