We have been all trying to to to much, I sold the wonderful dream to much and everyone needs rest & sleep to come back Fresh, rested and focused. I did say this would be one hell of a job, I did say it would take up to a month. We will all be back friday and I will have my inbox down to 0. I got 100 answered today with the help Rochella & Sherry. Why did you say "Welcome to the forum - enjoy x " to the exact same user in 3 separate threads?
Are you really welcoming this person? A real welcome would involve asking a few questions about the person, telling the person a bit about yourself or offering to help them navigate the site.
It appears to me you're (and other 'welcomers') are just getting your post count up and clogging the board.
