Hero dad or 2 wrongs don`t make a right??

DETROIT: -- WILD scenes have broken out in a US courtroom when a father lashed out at his daughter’s killer and punched him in the head.

The incident happened during the sentencing of Jasmine Gordon and her boyfriend Clifford Thomas, who were both convicted in the death of Gordon’s three-year-old daughter Jamila Smith, the Detroit Free Press reports.

Jamila’s father Dwayne Smith was about to deliver his victim impact statement when he crossed paths with Thomas and punched him in the head.

To be honest i'd do the same I think. I do know if and when civil justice was served and released, i'd end him. Not saying i'm right as i'd be wrong, but still he'd go missing.

Jamila Smith died of multiple blunt force trauma injuries in September last year. Her death was ruled a homicide.
Both Gordon and Thomas were convicted of involuntary manslaughter earlier this month.
Smith was not allowed to return to the courtroom but managed to avoid charges of his own.
“No charges were pursued against those involved as the judge declined to hold Dwayne Smith in contempt of court,” a Wayne County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman told Detroit Free Press.
“Clifford Thomas refused prosecution of Smith.”
Gordon was sentenced to 7 to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter and 14-25 years for first-degree child abuse as an aider and abettor, which will be served at the same time.
Thomas was sentenced to about 6 years to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter and 1 to 2 years for resisting and obstructing a police officer.

Now that is the kind of victim impact statement any parent should be allowed. Well done to this dad. I'd probably do the same thing. It's called civil justice.
