Christmas has been and gone, a new year is a day old. I think it`s time we all shared a little knowledge and helped our fellow friends here on the forum.

What`s your cure for a hangover?? A friend told me once that the best cure for a hangover is to stay drunk.

I've been finding that a decent feed, Unlce Billy's ROCKS at the end of the night, some panadol and water/ chinese tea or coconut water has been helping.... I usually just wake up tired...and not too sorry for myself.

I agree getting some decent food in at the end of the night helps prevent a really bad hangover.

As a moderate/sparing drinker I actually get a lot of enjoyment from watching people who overindulge suffer.

:p Greasy plate of bacon and eggs anyone?

Lethargy is one of the worst parts of the hangover to me You can swallow painkillers for the headache
I do believe though that the lethargy can be dispelled in moments Have Bronwyn Bishop and Allanah Mactiernan turn up to your sickbed in G-strings and offer a 3-some
I am pretty sure lethargy would be forgotten and the 3 minute mile a definite possibility

I think I am in line with Tanias way of thinking
I sometimes deplore the thought of solid food But will go out to the fruit and veg patch and make a nice fresh juice It seems easier on the gut than Svens suggestion of greasy offerings

I use gatorade / powerade powder a lot during summer training so after a night on the sauce i'll mix a strong batch together and try to rehydrate as much as possible before bed. Seems to work so far
