Help iPhone forgotten pin by 14 years old

I am hoping someone can help me with regards to a iPhone ...........
My daughter friend changed her password on her iPhone and then forgot what it was .. I know that you can do a erase and restore ... However the big problem is that she hasn't backed her phone up since the cruise and most important thing in her life One Direction concert ..... Tears are still flowing in our house ..... ANY SUGGESTION PLEASE ...

Just to make the story longer ... Miss 14 year old does not have cloud because she managed to get mine and hers confused and Miss 14 year was getting my texts etc ... Which of course is not for Miss 14 years eyes... lol.................
I have tried to do what Johnlou said but she hadn't back it put since November (smart child) ..... All she wants is the bloody photos.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr not loving this child ........
This is why the bloody phone hasn't been back up .... I thought it was a smart move ..... !!!! Wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
