Just had quick check of the tv guide, and it looks like SBS is showing another documentary about Sex workers. Seems to be a weekly Friday night thing, where SBS is airing a documentary related to the sex industry.

For those interested, the one tonight is on 10:00pm - 11:00pm WST is called Scarlet Road - A Sex workers Journey and is about a WL called Rachel Wotton who works with many clients who have disabilities, and is filmed over a three year period it follows Rachel and her clients.

For anyone that missed it and wants to see it, it is available on the SBS On Demand page so you can watch it online.

Not sure how long they keep stuff available, they might take it down next week. It's about an hour long and you'll need a halfway decent connection (if you can watch YouTube videos without it buffering, you should be good).

Thanks lone road. I managed to watch the last part of this at a friend's house (we nearly missed it)
so I'll try to watch it all with that link x
Was very enlightening. Having doco's like this on television is
one big way to breakdown preconceptions many have of sex work :)

You can stream it on the SBS site for another 20 odd days. It was pretty good, different look at a part of the industry many people wouldn't think about.

It was an interesting documentary. This Fridays documentary looks interesting as well. SBS does have some very good shows on a Friday night at that time :)

Might be off topic but I noticed on the LifeStyle You channel on Foxtel, there is a documentary called My Sex Robot. It is on tomorrow night at 10pm Eastern states time.

I have a feeling it has been on SBS sometime last year. I'll record it and see if it is the same one.

I found the documentary on the 2nd really eye opening. As someone with a form of Aspergers syndrome it rang true to me and lead me to these forums. Though my disabilities are small in comparison it has still led to my own experiences have been limited and unpleasant.

SBS really does some good work.
