I suspect the closest many people come to having mind blowing sex is when they've used a blow up rubber brain with an entry point. It's the thinking man's equivalent to a rubber doll!

Just once with a complete stranger. Was stuck at the Minneapolis airport during a terrible blizzard. All flights were cancelled and the airport was packed.
