Have you gone through a mid life crisis, and is it something most guys or even girls should expect to go through at some point?

Did it make you make any drastic changes in your life, besides buying a new sports car lol.

Did it change the whole direction of your life?

I had a crisis in my early 20s, when it dawned on me I was chasing the life I was supposed to have instead of the one I wanted. I made a course correction, disappointed a lot of people, and started being true to myself. I haven't been troubled with psychobabble questions since.

Life is short, the world is dangerous, and we're not getting out of this alive. So if you have dreams and ambitions, get started - right now. Set aside what's holding you back and charge forward.

i believe I am having 1 @ the present time . not having a job is my dilemma I,m a boilermaker with a bad shoulder which means I cannot lift much with my dominant hand . so I have looking for work in the industry but not on the tools and I cannot choose one to pursue .

There are several symptoms which may indicate you are going through a mid-life crisis.

Junior doesn't start first time and needs hand cranking to get firing. Punts are reduced to 30 minutes to avoid soreness in the back or you may even find it difficult to lift your tool. The open road (or ocean) and an alcoholic beverage are preferred to the company of others. You may also consider voting Greens to save the planet for future generations.

The way to work around it is to think young and visit plenty of young ladies. You can tell that you have come through it when penis size is no longer an issue because you cant see it due to the size of your belly. But you still have happy memories of the good old days.

I at the downhill of it, and still can't afford to have a mid life crisis. I mean i can booze but the only fast car i have is of 1:24 scale and definitely not picking up any chicks.

I'm still trying to work that one out, does seeing 17 w/l's over 9 days count?
To answer your question, I never planned to have one but it did change my life.
I lost my wife of 22 years, job of 13 years both in the one week then this week I lose my house and most of my possessions so have my car, guitar and surfboard and am going to go on a surfing trip along the coast with a few w/l visits along the way. I guess that's a mid life crisis?

Mid life crisis with three middle aged people eh? Sitting in a caravan dealership reading brochures and planning where to go to get these poor ol bones out of next winters cold All hop in the campervan and go to broome for the winter season of lawn bowls

Humpy campervan at a caravan park. I think that would attract some attention, hey we might start a caravan park orgy though. lol...ok it's not a good picture there, this time of year caravan parks are full of oldies holidaying around the country.
