I live in the area so I think they come under the City of Vincent too and to be honest, I've found them to be a very flexible and liberal bunch to deal with. Maybe Langtrees can open a City branch there? Easy for me to say 'cos all these things cost money. Here's an idea and I don't think it's too far fetched... wait for it. A brothel for lesbians. All the escorts cater for lesbians and perhaps marrieds. The place isn't very brightly lit (unlike Langtrees Burswood) but well lit enough. It's accessible by train and 'cos there's no businesses there at night, women can go there without too much attention.

Of course, you'll have to adjust pricing downwards but I suspect you'll make up for it in volume!

MAK I'll let you have this idea for free. Will it make enough money? Well put it this way - maybe it should be open only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Rest of the time - you could have "normal" brothel staffing. On the weekend Lesbian hours, horny heteros can still go to Langtrees in Burswood. I've even got a name "Licker Land" as opposed to the bottle shop with a similar name.

They has existing use rights should never have closed before sale...once three months closed a brothel cannot move in.

Nothing to stop them from opening for a day or a week just to sell it if the right buyer comes along. I'm sure the real estate agent can work that out in a soft market (sounds terribly sexual doesn't it?)

It has approval but hasn't been sold as yet. So it's still open to a potential business. A better name for it would be "Les Lounge". It can there be interpreted in the French way (no pun intended) as in "Les Miserables" and yet have the double entendre for lesbians.

I doubt anyone could justify keeping it as a brothel and the cost relative to a developer who is going to make millions, but we'll see.
