It’s a compliance issue, Subi council recently shutdown a vape shop.

You can’t just open a food shop, there are regulations, interesting though it was behind closed doors.

Could be a work around because of certain activities.

Also the deputy mayor is a retired police inspector.
The vape shop had not actually commenced business.
Shannong/Sakura have been there for some time.

I did notice you have to walk right past sakura to get to a legit massage next door. I wonder if that is the related to the complaints.
The ruling talks about the activity carrying on elsewhere in subiaco which suggests moving hack to shannong might not be a solution for them.

Perhaps the walls are too thin, and the legit place are sick of people saying, "I want what he's having".

Has someone merged the Sakura subiaco and Sakura gosnells threads into one? Probably doesn't matter as Sakura in Subi has gone, now called F and L new massage.

Yep you have to be careful with the names etc. F&L is the old Sakuras in Subi.. Sakuras in Gosnells is still there and still advertises on Locanto. The other shop about 2 doors up from F&L is operated by Coco and she's got a real nice fit out now too.
