The FKK in Hannover:
Ring front door bell and be admitted to the reception area. There you pay your 60Euros and are given a locker key on an elastic band to put around your wrist. You are also given a towel and directed to the change room.
There, you undress and lock your clothes, shoes, undies, etc in your locker.
Next, you proceed to the shower room. This is a large room with about a dozen shower heads. There is also a steam room. After your shower, you return to the locker room and don a bathrobe, if you want. You can also just wrap your towel around you, which is what I do.
If it is your first time, a gorgeous scantily clad lady will show you around and then lead you to the bar. This is where all of the fun starts.
In the bar, is where the ladies congregate. They are in various amounts of dress. Mostly lingerie, but you do find a few wearing not much more that heels and a garter belt.

The ladies are mostly gorgeous and there are types for all tastes. Many different countries are represented, mostly Eastern European and German. I met a lady who was German South African.

Anyway, you sit at the bar, or wander around the other rooms in which other customers may be engaged in ANY activity with a lady or two, or three (yes, I watched a foursome).
When you see a lady who you would like to talk to, you just go on up and start a conversation. If your interest continues, she takes you upstairs to a love room and you get it on.

Germany has many places like that. There is a general difference between FKK clubs and 'All in" clubs.

FKK is like the way Lord Spikey described. Entrance fee ranges from €40-60. Usually it includes drinks (sometimes beer included), food (breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet) and access to facilities (pool, sauna, yacuzzi if present).. Some places have outdoor pools, some dont.

These places have male and female guests. Females are mostly from Rumania, Bulgaria, Poland, Russia and Germany. €40-60 will give you (french) kissing, BJ and sex for 30 minutes.

Rooms are very nice. In the lounge, you will have all the time to meet the ladies and have conversations. No pressure.Most ladies speak decent English. Especially Rumanian and Bulgarian ladies.

FKK refers to German "Freie Koerper Kultur". This is nude sunbathing and nude recreation. In some of the clubs, women will be naked. Most of the clubs, women will not be naked.

Men can wear a robe or towel. Some clubs (Villa Vertigo, close to Dusseldorf) will allow men to stay dressed.

It makes no sense to stay in a club < 3 hours. Easily and easily one can spend 6-7 or more hours. Especially when the weather is nice.
