Very well said Mr Homer Though home baked bread is a must..I love the smell of my kitchen as well when fresh bread is baking,,,almost, so damn close, to that fresh orange taste,,mmm, mm, mmmmmmm.

In my youth I used to ride a bus into the central city and it always deposited me outside the bakery in the Wellington Street terminal.

I can still smell that freshly baked bread.
