I've looked into FODMAP before, I've heard it can have really good effects if followed strictly,
Do you find it hard to eat the allowed foods?
What benefits have you seen?
Interested to hear, I'm looking for something new to try in 2020 :)

So I do follow it strictly...motivated by a health scare or 3.
I have always had issues with food in general and had stopped eating alot of the trigger foods over the last 20 years, so stopping things like garlic etc was simple.
I use the Monash Uni app but there is a free a-z app which is also fine.
I have always cooked my meals and rarely bought out but was still really ill all of the time. The foods i thought were good for me such as pumpkin or an apple have been making me sick.
I have lost 6 kilos, and 2 inches from my waist...im not a big guy but the weight i carry was mainly fluid and bloating. I havent felt this good for years.
Well worth it as it doesnt cost you anymore cashola to buy the suitable food.
I would say to anyone that spends more time on the loo than normal, to get into it. It does work and it works quick.
