Ingredient :
Fish Fillet
Butter
Lemon
Garlic (minced)
Salt & Pepper (for taste)
Cooking Time :
Cleaning your fish and pat fish dry with a kitchen towel. Sprinkle salt and pepper leave it about 5 - 10 minutes in the fridge. Heat butter in a pan add garlic till bit brown then add fish, cook about 2 - 3 minutes each side (cook longer if you have thicker fillet). If already almost done squeeze lemon on top of fish, cook a bit more till butter turn brown and smell nutty. Then your yummy fish is ready, bon appetite
