It was 1980. I was 18, hopelessly lacking in confidence with girls, frustrated and a virgin. I saved my pennies and nervously presented to that well known Sydney establishment "Touch of Class" in Surry Hills.

There were heaps to pick from...all one had to do was to get the Truth newspaper and one could scan the ads for the addresses of the establishments and it was pretty much walk-in and choose from the parading ladies.. those were the early days in Melbourne
