No, it was the maintenance rubbish bin, and turp rags were in it. They can take 2-4 days to combust.
It was not suspicious we checked the cameras - we got really lucky two receptionists sitting outside smelled the smoke then it just burst.

I am impressed , female staff smelled smoke there was a fire you put it out .
