Some pretty serious charges being heard at the moment—$600,00 in unpaid wages, underpayment, unrecorded 'wage' contibutions to prop up profits, deportation threats, death threats. The weird thing for me is this is being heard as a breach of the Fair Work Act rather than as a criminal case. (But maybe criminal charges have been / will be brought separately?)
