Favourite Cocktails! Please Tell Me Yours

So I've been buying one or two, sometimes 3 bottles of Liqueurs and spirits each week for the last few months.

I'm stocking my supply for Christmas & New Year Cocktails (though these will last me all year).

I have a few favourites and would love to know yours and your recipes, whether it be the original recipe or your own slightly altered recipes.

Below are mine:

Harvey Wall Bangers

OMG! I love these soo much but I do my own variation of the recipe:

Approx 6 ice cubes (big ones)
1x 1/2 measure Vodka
1x 1/2 measure Bacardi white rum
2 Teaspoons vanilla Galliano
100ml Orange Juice
100ml Pineapple Juice

This one below is my Ultimate Favourite

Fluffy Ducks

1x Full measure Bacardi White Rum
1x Full measure Advocaat
20 ml Cream
Top Up with Lemonade (be careful it does not froth over)

Like an angel has peed on my tonsils, so so so yummy.

Bloody Mary's

1x Full measure Vodka
2 Splashes of Worcestershire Suace
Splash Of Lemon Juice
Splash of Tobasco Sauce
200 ml Tomato Juice
Just a touch of Salt and Pepper

Great for the Hangover or as A Breakfast Starter

Piña Colada

Blend some ice so it's like a frosty (Approx 4 large cubes)
Put ice
1x Full measure Bacardi White Rum
2x Full measures Coconut Cream
2x Full measures of Pineapple Juice
into a shaker

Shake lightly to mix,
Strain into your preferred glass

And your taste buds take you to a nice beach where there is eye candy galore,, mmm yummy (oops I got carried away)

Even better is the Canadian version
Replace the tomato juice with Clamato (tomato & clam juice) sounds awful but tastes great & add a celery swizzle stick
I discovered Clamato whilst travelling Canada in 2017 unfortunately can't get it in Oz ☹

1x Full measure Midori
1x 1/2 measure Lemon Juice
2 Full measures Pineapple Juice

Serve on crushed ice.

Mmmm, mmm, mmm Way too easy to drink these!

I found a link where Clam Juice can be ordered online,,,maybe a couple of experiments to get the mix right?

Fruit Tingles

1x Full Measure Blue Curacao
1x Full Measure Vodka
200 ML Lemonade
Stir lightly
Add a Dash of Good Quality Raspberry Cordial

Definitely makes you all Tingly.....

Blue Hawaii

Crushed Ice (about 3/4 cup)
1x Full measure Bacardi White Rum
1/2 measure Malibu Coconut Rum
2x Full measure Pineapple Juice
1x Measure Coconut Cream.

Put in a blender (Nutri Bullet) for 20 seconds
Then pour into a chilled glass

Ooooooh yeh baby....Your tongue will be doing a Hula Dance.

Strawberry Daiquiri

3/4 cup cracked ice
1x Full measure Bacardi White Rum
1x 1/2 measure Strawberry Liquer
1x 1/2 measure Good Quality Lime Cordial
Put in Blender (Nutri bullet for 20 seconds)
Pour into glass and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of Icing Sugar over the top

Bam! These totally rock the mouth!!

Not any good at mixing drinks although used cut a hole in a water Mellon pour in a bottle vodka plug the hole next day share the vodka water melon with everyone

Hopefully I have it right now

Caffeine Hit Mocktail

60 ml of strong coffee chilled.
1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
150ml coconut milk.
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
Put in Blender or Nutri Bullet for 15 seconds.

Poor over cracked ice.
Coffee Beans for Decoration
