I think it's really uncool to have fake photos, or even photos that aren't a true representation.
Years ago I used to work in Real Estate, One of the big mistakes people made was having amazing photos of an average house. You can bet your bottom dollar that someone interested in buying a house has looked at every single photo and built up a mental image. There is nothing more off putting than rocking up to a house that is way below your mental expectations.
I think it's EXACTLY the same with the girls (or guys for that matter). Before organising to see a lady (or man) you obviously have a good look at their photos and choose based on what excites you. To have something else turn up would be so disappointing.
Unfortunately a number of people take the stance of "oh well. I'm here now, may as well go through with it" which sucks for them to have to lower their standard but also "rewards" the faker.
