Yeah as far as i know it's just an old saying when you don't have much sex (as you said). Just hope you never wake up with being black from your hips to your upper legs, fractured pelvis, something like that they said.

Though it certainly doesn't happen once you get into your 50's or at least that's what i have found.
Same as waking up with a piss fat, as you get older that does change as well or it's just me.

yeah I've had it and the pain lasts a while. it feels like the same pain you get after being kicked/hurt down there. not the initial kidney failing, lung bursting knee collapsing pain, but the dull ache that follows after you've squatted with a few deep breaths and a couple of minutes of pondering If you can ever procreate.

Also suffered blue balls. Was more very sore and aching pain for me. Far from enjoyable but when I came it felt awesome!

Not as bad as the 6 stitcher I copped about a month back whilst at silly mid off. A WL picked up that something must have happened as one ball felt rock hard after a week lol
