Good point.......thinking about it I haven't used a partners toothbrush.......actually never crossed my mind. Just one of the things you don't do.......like opening letters, going through cell phones or valuets etc.

Don't care so much about the towel sharing as long as I am the first one to use it and again a thought to toothbrush sharing.......there is also the question of firm, soft or medium plus the state the brush part is in..........oh dear I have seen a few 'interesting' brushes.......couldn't really identify it as a brush anymore.
By the way how often do people change their toothbrush?.......every 2 weeks? 4 weeks? 3 months? 6 months? everything longer? don't want to know.
