my guy only cums sometimes (always has, even with others).
he always enjoys it, so its not about pleasure.
even when he wants to cum, it doesnt mean he will.
though, he is able to stop himself from cumming.

Yeah, same boat. I don't always "fire" so to speak. But gotta be carefull because if stimulated to excess it can lead to involuntary urination, which is never fun - especially when it's unexpected.

Him doesn't cum all the time, he orgasms, I think you would call it and when he decides he wants to (can be 1 or 2hrs) he really cums. Not sure what he does but its great for both of us, if your guy can control it, enjoy.

might be other names but I've heard "delayed ejacutation". Sex can last for an hour or more, if orgasm is your primary concern. It's a problem. Ladies can think it sounds graet but after an hour of hard sex most ladies end up sore.

At the moment I rarely cum. Recently was having sex a number of times a day for five days straight before I could cum. I enjoyed all the sex and so did my partner. As I do not cum it means I work harder to ensure the other party has a better time.

Theres a lot of prescription drugs that can really stuff things around. The delayed ejaculation sucks, you can chase it for ages and never quite make it!

I've always had major problems in getting to orgasm, until recently. Why, I don't know, although I do still have problems occasionally. I've tried to work out what it is, but I still don't know 100% for sure. I think its a combination of how turned on I am, time of day, and particularly temperature. Summer is bad for me, Winter has been great unless the heater has made the room excessively hot. If I had more energy I may be able to get there in the long run, I've just never been able to fuck for more than an hour without running out of puff! Yes, the poor girl.

I know natural herbs etc are considered useless, but I really think Naturopathica 'Horny Goat Weed' from the chemist helps. I've thought once before an energy drink helped too when I had a punt where I didn't think I would cum, and the link between HGW and an energy drink seems to be they both contain Guarana. Who knows.

Throbby is quite right here. I was on an antidepressant called Zoloft for a number of years. One of the side effects is that it MAY make it hard to cum. At first it was like magic. I used to joke that I wished I had known about Zoloft when I was 17. But in my early fifties it became a real PITA. I would run out of puff before I could cum.

Once or twice in my lifetime I have been so excited that I have cum without having a hard on (not sure how that worked) and again, once or twice, I have had the feeling of orgasm with no discharge after a long might of sex. I assume that would be that I hadn't had time to recharge fluids.

The other thing to is our general health makes a big difference. I reckon a large number of us who have ejaculation problems are overweight and/or smokers.

I'm both, no wonder I have trouble at times!
