From the first reason: tattoos. I somewhat agree on this...somewhat brings me back memories of Jordan @ Casey's ;(.
For the rest of 9 "top" reasons - whether those make sense or not I'd rather leave that for you folks. (in particular #4: brunettes are thought to earn more money.)

very true......but still the first impression is what a girl looks like (including hair colour as an essential part) and if you like what you see then you might decide to talk to her.....

I've always thought that a genuine smile catches my eye far quicker than hair colour but I agree with what Rochelle says that the first impressions of what a girl looks like are an essential part - so maybe blonde hair does catch my eye first?? I think I'd trust Rochelle's judgment over my own on that one! However I'm definitely sold on personality and passion ;-)
