Actually no, I don't expect there to be such a site. Or that ever such a site will exist.

However I do know on several of the smaller sites/boards, attached to sex store sites that have those free chat rooms etc, you will find people (not exactly close to the area you live but close enough to try and chat up) that will fuck anything.
