So we all know the books, regardless of if you've read them or not, I saw in a Cosmo recently this article.

Who do you think should be playing Christian Grey?

1. Chris Hemsworth
Rumor has it that Chris is the front-runner for this role. He is so hot, we'd pay to watch him read the phone book.

2. Ian Somerhalder
Our 2011 Fun Fearless Male honoree recently said on Twitter that he's not "desperate" to be the man who snags the role. Yeah, but we are.

3. Alexander Skarsgard
The sizzling True Blood star came in a very close second—and he's said he was "born to play that part." No argument here.

so i haven't read the books but from talking to friends they say Matt Boomer is the guy for the role; However I think this may be a good opportunity to bring in a new comer and launch them into stardom much like Rob Paterson (Twilight) and Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter). Having an already established actor gives you preconceived notions about how they're going to play the part from their previous rolls.

i will probably never read the books, i'm not a big reader, and i think I've jumped on the band wagon too late and I've heard too much about the books, but i will see the movie no matter who the actors.

I did only read part one (OMG.......how can that be a best seller????)........never mind, never touched part 2 and 3........however.......he looks like the best guy for the part (mmmmmmm not sure if that is a compliment).

good to know rochelle, i dont think i'll ever read them.
it's so funny though because all the girls i know in the industry that have read it say its lame, boring and not well thought out and stuff but girls not in the industry are like it's so raunchy and detailed.... lol i think it also says a lot about someones sex life if they do/don't think its a good book...lol.
