Do they work? Have you used one? To what success?
Is a water pump better than an air pump?

Both have a similar function: to separate mugs from their money.

All non-surgical methods of enlarging the penis are hokum and the surgical options are only available for those who genuinely need some help.

What I would advice to you is...

Don't. A big; very big don't.

Take it from someone who's clearly obsessed in reading & researching every possibilities into fixing his own problems - anything from slight congenital curvature to partial ED. Not just a few months of reading. But literally counting to nearly half a decade of personal reading.

Proof: I was one of those suckers who wasted $150 on a supposedly (but still was I guessed) an authentic Bathmate (from an Australian distributor in Melbourne I believe). That comes into two sizes to choose, obviously I chose the smaller one. I bought these into thinking it could somehow straighten any slight curvatures and help decrease my chances of ED.

Watching all the positive testimonials youtube videos out of someone else sure would make you think that wow there MUST BE SOMETHING I could get out of this.

Long story short after about eight months of trying and be persistent with it (you do need PLENTY of water running CONSTANTLY for 10 min straight- whether it be on the shower standing up or at lying still on actual BATH TUB full with water)* - I swear I was about to get a nerve damage about the 5th or 6th month using it.

The pain is not just something you can feel on the outside.

But it's more that the pain is on the inside. And you have toughen up each and everytime you're in it. Yup that's right. I won't go into details.

If you look in the official Bathmate forums I will guarantee you of seeing threads about "pain". That is NO bullshit. These people simply in the end gets told by other members or just hypothetical fake users and what not to simply just be persistent with it and you'll get used to it.

There is not in one chance in hell that I would like a nerve ending gets cut by this. Some of the threads in that Bathmate forums even mentioned a few ended up going to the docs.

Absolutely not a chance in hell. At least in my case for what I've been through.

Ok so given that the pumps are all about pumping money away from punters, how about the surgery options? I think we've all seen the pics of "Surgery Gone Wrong" but do some of them work??

Yes, there are always last resort avenues. And unfortunately that is surgery.

And depending upon what sole purpose of the problem (it has to be singular-focused either severe ED, or curvature currection, or if it's for the mass unfortunate hysteria - size enlargement).

For severe ED
---------------------

If it is severe ED, there are indeed options. The only way I have read and known so far are two things - intracavernousal injections for on-the-spot delivery of erection. Yes, I have had this once. Hardcore end of the line solution as I was told by my ED doc in nedlands (for anyone who's interested I can give you his details) to have this injection to rule whether or not I have vein leakages or nervous ending problems.....that day I would never ever forget.

And the other solution is as we all know it - the penile prosthesis. I haven't done much reading on this because it's pretty much the end of all surgical methods...but it's manual implantation / augmentation even as one may call it - the 'internal' hydraulic-based pump.

Curvature Correction
-----------------------------------
I believe I wrote on this on an earlier thread. There's "supposedly" (I'm saying supposedly, because I sincerely believe that Australia as a whole; IS WAY BEHIND the Europe & the US when it comes to available medical conventions that are already deployed elsewhere in the globe) - a few options.

I have gathered quite a few articles on Nesbit procedure. This is what my Urologist (after a 4 month waiting list) told me that is all he think of that's available here. It involves having to remove some fraction of length (by bringing the Penis Up) and having tiny stitches put into place at (6 spots from memory I believe). These stitches then supposedly "self-dissolves" after a few weeks of post surgery. My consultation on getting a "quote" on this is $3300.... and that's without admin surgery theatre fees....

In the end I did not go ahead.

For the mass never-ending hysteria - size enlargement
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I won't bother getting to details what I know and risks this involves. But average statistics
have told me a LOT of people are unsatisfied at the end....

ED GUIDER (edguider.com) is so far my very best source when it comes to all of our downstairs health. Forget what you know about PDE-5's; almost nothing compares to the things out there in the hidden curtain.

Why can't people be happy with what god gave them.

Being Customer 666, you believe in god?

btw never used a pump, heard stories about vein bursting from overpumping. That's enoug to burst me bubbles. I have low pain threshold.

Surgery can be a flop.

I think there are some sorta penile exercises and exercise equipments one can acquire to elongate the shlong. Results vary. One exercise they recommend would be to do your pelvic floor exercise regularly, it helps in old age with leaky taps.

I think there is also a procedure which involves cutting some of the supporting ligaments around the base of the penis. It doesn't increase its ize but just lets it hang a bit lower so that it doesn't perch on top of the scrotum.

Personally the thought of sharp instruments anywhere near my family jewels makes me cringe.
