All my life i have had a half pearl sized lump under the skin just below the head of my penis, it can be swirled around squeezed and generally touched in anyway without pain and without changing it in anyway. I am uncircumsized if that makes a difference. I have also seen guys with them before in porn, i have no idea what it is and am curious about it as i cannot find any info on the web about it.

It may just be a sebaceous cyst which is basically a blocked and overgrown pore. I had one cut out of my leg when I was in my teens. Best bet is, definitely, have a Doctor check it out.

thanks people, i dont think will make any special trips to the doc, as i said i have had it all my life as long as i can remeber. In ten years of masturbation handjobs blowjobs and sex it has never once hurt or been sore....and i can take it rough.
