I've heard around the traps that a new shop has opened recently in bibra lake but can't find anything on it.

They always use pics off Google and there's heaps of ads with different numbers in the Spearwood area that give that address. I think there's just a core of a couple of WLs that span fake ads. But then again I've never been keen to take a gamble there..

Drive past that dump a far bit, have seen cop cars there more than once, not sure why as its away from any place than may complain, inside would be dirty for sure

Yep one of the places to avoid, went there once and the WL was nothing like the ad so I walked.
