Mostly geared towards all those lovely night working people, but all others as well...
Do you find working out fits in better before work hours or after?
I have always been a morning exerciser and even now with my night shift work I can't seem to want to work out in the afternoon- even though it is technically my morning... So I have started establishing a morning routine when I have finished work, but it's obviously before I go to bed...
So yeah... what works for you?
