Looks like my fridge after Easter

I lost 12 kilos last year in 10 days
Celery soup.
1 full bunch of Celery
1 full bunch of spring onions
1 tomato
1 capsicum
Lots of chillies, garlic, ginger to taste and heat but it must have heat in it.
1 beef stock cube
No salt
Make it as a soup I made 2 batches a day
You have to eat this all day for 5 days. Do not eat anything or drink anything other than water.
On the 6th morning. 1 egg on dry toast bread. Soup during the day at night 1 beef steak and 1 potatoe
Morning of the 7th day soup.for the next 3 day's.
If you can do it correctly it will shed at least 10 kilo,s . I lost 12 kilos . . Eat it ,drink it all day. No fruit . No other food. No coffee with milk . Black only.
This works.
My parents use it every few years.
I got back to 88 kilos .
