Bean Bag Nightmare - Delegated by MAK

Hi All

The other day MAK asked me to fill a bean bag that she bought with beans, I thought this was going to be an easy task however it certainly wasn't, I had beans flying from one end of Darwin to the other

So MAK showed me that I should try to put the bag of beans in the bean bag and then open it and that way would be quicker, so I tried that way however, trying to fit the opening of the bag of beans in the bean bag was proving quite difficult and I would often end up with more beans outside of the bag than in the bag :arghh:

So I thought to myself how can this be done easier, that doesn't involve buying a bean bag already made up so I don't have to do this any more :arghh:.

Then I saw a water bucket with a 'V' shaped neck on it, so I filled up the water bucket with the beans and started pouring them slowly into the bean bag, I still had a couple of beans that fell out but no where near as many as before.:D

So that is the end of my bean bag nightmare I wanted to share with you all, just in case you have the same situation one day, or your smarter and by a bean bag already full of beans;).

I came across another amazing invention the other day to rival the mythical "bucket with v shaped neck" you spoke of...

It's name is "funnel".

The problem with using a funnel as I found out is the beans fly out and it take along time.

Need to fabricate large funnel with something like cardboard and then you need to encapsulate, with perhaps a sheet, from where funnel meets the bag you're filling and including the bag of beans that you're filling from.

OOPs My fault! I filled all the other bags up there in Darwin and she saw how I did it.... Whatever works well for the individual would be my recommendation lol
