I too understand Johans09.
He's gone hoping for a memorable encounter, so no doubt had some money to willingly spend on extras.
But there are many reasons one can get so peeved, be it lack of effort or teasing, attitudes, ridiculous pricing, too many interruptions, etc the mood is totally killed, and extras do get declined.
I am no different and do not want to give money away purely for the sake of just because you are there that's what is expected of you regardless of the level of service.
I've always considered that you can see and learn a lot about the true character of some workers by their very attitude to you when you do decline.
And a couple of my favourite 2nd visits have been to those who have accepted the 'decline' in good faith because they've realised things hadn't gone as well as they should through no fault of the client, and requested another visit to right the wrongs.
