Thanks SallyThe best I can advise you is you need to have good listening skills and intonation in your speech. Your rate of speech should not be high. Read English newspapers, watch English movies, and yes without subtitles for sure

If you are in Kolkata, visit Bow Barracks, there are a lot of Anglo-Indians there who are fluent native speakers of English. Otherwise, tell us where you are in India and I might be able to send you details of the nearest Anglo-Indian association, they will be willing to help you.

Well there you go then, looks like there's still quite a few of us there, I'm sure they'll be happy to help.
