#Blog2 - Langtrees Digital Office and my journey here till date

Hello friends!!!!!!! Hope you all liked my first blog. Today am back with another blog --"Langtrees Digital Pvt. Ltd. - The Indian Digital Team of Langtrees Perth".

The Indian office was first started by Mrs. Langtrees when she visited India. Her vision was to build a strong digital marketing team in India (as Indians are considered amongst the best brain when it comes to cyber technology) to promote Langtrees Perth globally. Initially Langtrees Digital Pvt. Ltd. (LDPL) started with a handful of members Sally, Penny Sumit and Vineta. Gradually more members joined starting from Anna and now lastly Partha. Today the LDPL team has grown to a total of 14 members comprising dedicated members for chat support, SEO and graphic designers.

During its initial phase LDPL had to tide through stormy weather, as after a few months of starting the world was hit by perhaps the most devastating epidemic of the century - COVID 19. During this time as the world came to a stand still, keeping LDPL up and running was a herculean task and it was the strong management skills clubbed with dedication and determination from Penny, Sally and Vineta that kept the company going and today it is flourishing.

In the year 2022, I joined the company along with Robinson and Gina. Initially to me it was a new area of work and I was a bit sceptic of being able to understand this industry. But under the skillful guidance of my seniors i.e. Sally, Anna and Penny I started to understand this industry in a much better way and today I am the second in command to Anna for chat support and SEO team. The entire LDPL team is very cooperative and functions as a single unit where everyone is ready to help the other person out whenever needed. Working closely with our Australian team we came to know many of them closely even though we have never met physically.
Till date it has been a wonderful journey working with LDPL and also would like to thank Mrs. Langtrees for providing me with the opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful team.

So...that's all for today. Hope you like this post.
Will be back shortly with more interesting blogs

#Blog3 - Riddles

Let's see who can solve these 5 Riddles ;)

************************************

1. I do not have locks, but I can have keys.
I have no room, but I have space.
You cannot go outside, but you can enter.
Who am I?

2. What do you usually get once in a minute,
twice in a moment but never comes in a thousand years?

3. What is one question that will get different answers
at different times and yet would still be correct?

4. There are three types of stoves:
a brick stove, a glass stove and a wood stove
but you have only one match with you. Which one would you have to light u first?

5. I have no mouth but I always reply when you speak to me.
What am I?

#Blog 4 - Howrah Bridge

I take the liberty to write about Howrah Bridge merely because I lovingly walked its entire length once and would love to walk it many times again. Kolkata’s Howrah Bridge is everyone's dream bridge; to see it and walk on it at least once in a lifetime is everyone’s dream. I am no exception because Howrah Bridge is unique.

Howrah is an industrial city, a municipal corporation in the Howrah district, West Bengal, India. It is the second largest city in the Indian state of West Bengal. it is a twin city to Kolkata. Howrah is the second smallest district after Kolkata. The Howrah Bridge (also known as Rabindra Setu) connects the two cities on the river Ganges. Howrah Bridge is considered the longest cantilever bridge in the world. The bridge was completed in 1874, with 1528 ft. long and 62 ft. wide, with 7-foot wide pavements on either side. The unique this is that this bridge does not have any nuts and bolts. It is of riveted construction. The bridge deck hangs from 39 pairs of hangers suspended from the main trusses. Howrah Bridge is easily the busiest cantilever bridge in the world. What appears to be small & silly things had to be taken care of by spending lakhs of rupees to safeguard the Bridge. It now carries over 1,00,000 vehicles and 1.5 lakh pedestrians daily, beyond its capacity! The unique bridge continues to carry much more than the expected load.
