AMP extras - current going rates

Just after any feedback on current extras rates at AMP's these days. I have not been for a while but a recent experience seems to suggest prices have increased!!!

For example, a HJ was usually about $50, but when I asked I was quoted $100 Maybe I just looked like I had money, or I'm just out of touch with current rates.

This is all on top of the hourly rate you pay of course.

I have paid $150 and l have paid $200, $250 and even $300. depends on exactly what you want as price can mean different service.
