The new owner only uses Locanto and didnt realise that her Langtrees.com profile was sending her 45 calls/sms each week. I helped Comfort do all that work thru my India team. If the owner ever want to join she will have to start from scratch my apologises to all that had made reviews as they would have deleted as well.

She was offered to change the account to her email address as I was really upst that Scarlet hadn't done it when she sold the business.

Yes Maryanne it is frustrating, I have worked with this side of the industry for 10 years, and it is a shame they only want give minimal effort to learning and want to set and forget. Never mind, we will work with the ones that want to shine.
All I can say I tried, I think any one thats buys a AMP is reckless to not take over the advertising email accounts, as goodwill is all in the advertising. I spoilt Scarlett to death as a test subject, yes she used to pay for a sub forum up to three years ago, all the work we did for her was at no cost over the last three years except a 365 day subscription at a $1 a day. I paused that subceription which has 126 days still to go as the new owner would have to add their email address to the account, and understand how to use the site. I feel for her as we are in our worst week of the year most business are down to 50-75% of the usual busines they do. Langtrees suffers also but our drop is only 25% of normal trading and only down 17% for the month of January.
I always use January to set us up for the year and all business needs marketing as well as advertising. I was taught to spend 10% of the turnover I wanted to achieve on adverting and marketing and I have alwyas kept to that rule. If it is good enough for McDonalds it is good enough for me.

I often get knocked for our high prices, but I wanted to able to supply things like clean sheets and cleaninless. I was always scared my mother would call in and say my place looked like a brothel. She often used these words to me as a 18 yo bride. She taught me that my doorstep always had to be clean. She has passed on now but I learnt to look with her eyes, and whilst she didn;t like what I did for a living, and a very hard woman to get to know, with lots of persistence I am proud to say my mother learnt to love me as a woman, something she couldn't do when I was a child and I learnt to love her unconditionally and understand the hard upbringing she had.
