OLD MELBOURNE HOTEL

Half a Century and more
at the Old Melbourne we saw
or so I say we did see
see-through in the Seventies.
Yes, the Seventies did see
a see-through waitress serve me
a young man from the country
seeing sights of the City.
One Saturday a chance find
today sure brings to mind
'twas a bar facing Hay Street
decent dignified to meet.
Leather Chesterfield lounges
not a place for scroungers.
The Waitress dignified too
her veiled breasts barely on view.
'Twas fact her attire
of which men never tire
nor women in that plush place
welcome to take their place
offering a place to meet
to walk in to off the street
with no entry fee
all of it.........Free!
With no need to queue
see-through too to view
decently, don't perve
discreetly observe
going about her job
earning a few bob
eye-candy see through
looking after you!!
