4 hands - a "euphemism"?

I'm wondering if the proliferation of ads (where photos of sexy girls are pictured, but otherwise the ad looks legit) including a price for "4 hands" really about their price for extras?

Yes we have had a couple of clients in the past take 3 ladies in for a "6 hand" massage but I think it was mainly because they just couldn't decide on which 2 girls they wanted so took all 3.
