Worst possible addiction?

Thoughts on which addiction would be the worst to have and possibly most difficult to overcome?

Every addiction to that person is the worst and has the worst consequences and is the most difficult to overcome hence being their addiction... I don't think there is a worst one to be honest because we don't know how hard it is for that individual to overcome whatever addiction it might be.
